Slow, expensive - a scandal. It charges 26€ for a 25€ top-up, then the app itself charges another euro for the top-up. On site, service was super slow, presumably because of connectivity issues, meaning I could never check if the correct amount was deducted from my funds. Not something you want to handle when partying. Each drink was charged 2€ extra for the plastic glass deposit, and then refunded if you brought one back - seems unnecessary and complicated. Bottom line: very bad.

1 Euro commission fee per each top-up. Also 2 Euro commission fee per each refund request. I think these commission fees are too much for an app. Otherwise app works pretty well.

Dumb system designed to be as obtuse and convoluted as possible. Refunds cost you 2 euros lol, daylight robbery is what I call that BS.

Expensive, slow, confusing. Really took some of the joy out of the festival. Please just do what all other festivals do and allow payment by card. I swear I'dd drink double or tripple the amount and buy people drinks.
