Unable to edit an error in my Apollo profile - and it seems I'm stuck for lifetime with the error! The AskApollo app doesn't allow me to edit the profile (name etc) citing security reasons, and says "Contact your nearest Apollo Hospital to edit these details". But when I went to Apollo Hospitals to get the details corrected, they had absolutely no clue how to do that - and said it can not be corrected. So am I stuck for life with the erroneous name in my profile? This is absolutely ridiculous!

Worst service..I have ordered some essential things through this app . But I am not sure about my order confirmation... I haven't received any confirmation mail or sms... It's showing that " order received not initialized to branch) what does it mean??? Even there is no cancellation option... What's wrong with you people?? Even can't able to contact with you.. now they r saying they dnt have stock..wow.If you are operating an app then you should do it properly.. i m not gonna receive any item..

Utterly bad experience. Placed an order, apparently the meds were out of stock. The shop keeper hung up on me, telling me to cancel the order from the app itself. However, there's no cancellation option in the app. Called customer care. Was told to call another number because the executive didn't know anything. The 'other' number kept on ringing. Meanwhile I have neither meds nor refund. Nice scam so far.

This app asks to login for booking appointment. However, when trying to login, it allows either Google or Facebook I'd. I used my Google email ID then it asks for the mobile number. When i enter the mobile number, it gives an error saying something went wrong and try again later. It never allowed me to login, and I'm unable to book appointment. What's the use of this app is one cannot login neither book appointment without logins? Not sure if there is any way team looking at the bugs/ issu

app is not working, we can't login, every time, we try to enter mobile number, message comes that something is wrong. We can't book appointments, everytime error is coming . Even we can't connect through whatsapp chat. On clicking number, error message come that whatsapp not installed. On sending mail, mails are not going for complaint, feedback etc.

I have booked my appointment, got a call as reminder as well in morning saying keep logged in app for call I waited like 3 hrs, no one contacted me. I am asking in help line number as well, not getting any response. I want my money back. Worst app, worst experience. Don't waste your time, you will die with your suffering else.

I had order some medicine through your app on 28.03.2020 at 9:49AM. The total amount was paid via Paytm. At 16:14PM, I received a sms stating unable to provide service. Then I checked the app where I saw order was cancelled from your end. But, after cancellation, I have not got yet any refund from your end. Promptly, I sent a message to your customer care through App message service. But, that message is not yet answered. In your app there should be order history with transaction detail.

Very bad , fraud app. They take the order and don't deliver. They cancel the order without buyer's consent. Then immense harassment for the buyer to get back the refund for the paid amount. I have requested them over phone number and through email provided by them repeatedly. But there's no result.
