Needs improvement, too much like a website. Keeps asking me to log in, instead of registering once only. Too many options: Colouring book, quiz, noticeboard etc all belong on the website. Booking and advance booking should be one option. Phat controller shout be about or info; privacy policy should be in info. Loyalty points should be automatic. Book now doesn't work. No tracking of where the taxi is. Look at the V-Cars app - that's how it should be done (although they can improve too).

The old app was ok.. but this new version is awesome, it tells me when the job is confirmed, when the driver is on his way, when he's outside, an idea of price etc.. I can even watch where the car is on route to me, and what makes it better than Uber is I can book a specific taxi firm rather than getting any random driver. Also better than Uber I can book in advance and guarantee a lift as it gets put in their diary. Trying to book for asap is a bit hit and miss, but I guess thats the same for all taxi firms..

Awesome! It makes booking a lift so much easier! I don't have to call several firms - I can ask once and several firms come to me! Tracking driver is handy and getting free miles for using the app is great too!
