Very poor system and extremely unprofessional staff. They take your book order and after 2-3 days if u ask about ..they tell you that the book hasn’t even been printed yet, and suggest you apply for a refund instead. The behavior is rude and careless. The lady who handles customer calls doesn’t even know how to speak politely or assist properly. It feels like no one here respects the customer's time or money. Totally disappoin ting experience—would not recommend at all.

Very bad experience with lakshya classes app. I ordered a book on Saturday and after 3 days it's still not dispatched neither the book management answering my calls. No proper response from whatsapp support. How can I trust to buy a course from them. If after buying they will not even answers my calls. They said I will get my book in 5 to 6 days. 3 days already passed if it's not dispatch tomorrow I want to cancel my order. Edit: My book is dispatched today and get call from book management.
