Updating my previous one-star review with another. The course content is good, but the app has major issues: Frequently loses track of progress. Doesn’t remember login info, even on trusted devices, requiring constant re-entry. Randomly signs you out. Sometimes keeps playing videos in the background even when paused. Often freezes and can only be accessed again on a computer. Lacks human tech support, leaving users to troubleshoot on their own.

There seems to be a bug with the subtitles. Each time a new lecture starts, there are no subtitles, and the menu says none are available. In order to fix this, I need to exit the course, start a different one, and then return. Now I can turn on the subtitles. Kind of tedious, though.

It’s great when it works, but when they send you access codes that don’t work, it can quickly become very frustrating. I’ve been trying to reach support, but many of the troubleshooting flowcharts just send you in circles, to dead ends, or to an AI bot. I want to talk to a human being, not a robot. I need an email address to reach support or customer service.

some of the assignments can't be downloaded if your using Windows, which they should tell you before you invest your time and money! The course instructor's don't engage , "how can a person learn without asking questions"? these courses seem to be more for people who are trying to practice and increase their skill set, not for people who are beginners.

It sure would be nice if the people who made the app would take a few of the coding courses they offer on the platform. It's crashed 8 times in a matter of hours. It's unacceptable. This app has crashed more times today then several apps I've used over the years have crashed combined. I've reset my phone I've reset the app and it STILL crashes. Would give a negative score if I could.

I am new to Udemy and cannot log into the course (Excel basic) on my laptop. The app sometimes works...and I can see the classes, at times, that are offered, and that I paid for. Unfortunately most of the time, I am unable to see or get into the classes. Have no idea what's happening. Very frustrating. So many weeks have passed and I can't get traction. Totally waste of time and my money!

I hate to give it such a low rating because the content is really good and it's very easy to stream videos. However, they *REALLY* need to work on this app. My biggest complaint is that progress doesn't sync with the app while streaming and if you unlock your mobile device while casting, the player will jump back to whatever video you selected last in the app. *Edit - I have to take this down to one star. It randomly skips videos when casting. I'm uninstalling and casting the web.

It was great until it wasn't. I hyped this app up so heavily because it was an awesome app. However, as of late, my biggest gripe is that the download video feature doesn't work. I've tried the previously mentioned fixes, i.e., Logout, uninstall, reinstall. Yet, there are no results. Instead, I see a public forum of brushed off replies or contact us privately. I feel you already know what the problems are. Please , we want to like your app and give kudos to you. We just need it to work.
