Most of the buses don't work with nfc and says gecersiz kart, qr codes don't work properly during daytime because it's too bright outside. In the off chance where digital cards work without any issue it takes too long to work. If you're introducing a new system please make sure it actually works.

Hi When I was using the app in English, if I try to load the balance and pick 100 TL; I see a typo mistake on the payment screen. It shows 10.000 TL to be paid. I think it is a cosmetic bug, but I recommend you to check. It is not happening in Turkish. Thanks

Always have an un expected error you have try again for 10 day continously .every thing not working properly before and the ESHOT work well but SUDDENLY THIS NEW CAME APP YOU HAVE To USE THIS ..... APP to charge you transportation card . Typical government applications in middle east countries always have unexpected errors

After clicking the Register button, it loeads for a minute and the app crashes, every time. Great engineering.

Once digital card created, can't be deleted or edited. I also can't add a new digital card, so if you have a normal digital card cant add a student digital card.

unable to register, it quoted wrong I'd data but I've checked - all data is ok. also the app could be used ONLY by Turkish ID holders.
