worked pretty good with mild interruptions about 4 or 5 times during a 30 min appt. could been my internet, or the docs, seemed to be at her home. Overall worked well for my visit. You can do a few things prior to your appt. to help ensure connectivity. Run internet speed tests in different spots so you know the fastest spots. If using WiFi get closer to the router, choose a 5G WiFi connection if possible. Restart your modem/router frees up RAM, turn off streaming devices during appt. :)

Works great. Just be sure to undo all the permissions when it's not in use bc I've found it may seem to stay on like watching you hehe, sorta creepy. All I know is my battery wore down super fast after i installed it & that issue stopped once I blocked the camera, microphone & whatever other permissions it uses. I just use the automatic prompts to turn all permissions back on once I open the app for use. Then shut them off again when done. No more suspicious battery draining.

Wow!! What a time saver!!!! The app worked really well. The Dr. & I were able to communicate w/each other well. Initially my Android phone didn't support the call. I had 2 min to download the AWTouchpoint app & get to the appropriate place in the app for my appt. I was pleasantly surprised that I was successfully able to do so. If you're doing virtual for the first time, be sure the Dr.'s office gives you the app name & link ahead of time (perhaps day before appt) to avoid last min scramble.

Works fine for it's purpose. I was able to have my appointment. However the app is a power hog. And likes to start itself up in the background upon startup. Does not need to do this. Feels partially invasive. Definitely keep this uninstalled until you have an appointment. Uninstall it right after.

DON'T DOWNLOAD WILL MESS YOUR PHONE UP!!!!! I regret not listening to the 1st reviewer!!! Right after the 1st download it didn't work at all after 3 links dr just called, then it continuously ran in the background for nothing, apps started crashing, phone freezing up, different screens started popping up....gee I wonder the true nature of this app

On in background always? One doctor visit and the app has been running in background ever since. What is the purpose of this? Should disconnect without having to disengage the aoovor removing it from the phone. Otherwise the ux is pleasant. But nothing can compensate for the running in background bs. Doctor insisted on reinstall and this app is definitely spyware. I don't know of any reason why it's running 24 hours a day. Remove this. How did it get into the app store? Killed Battery!

My doctor could not see my video on my Samsung Galaxy A32 5G phone despite all permissions given and a strong 5G connection. When testing the connection the app freezes on step 4 with a blank screen. Testing on an older phone using the same network seems to work okay except that when it asks if I can see myself I only see the image from the rear camera and there is no option during testing to switch to the front camera (don't know if there is an option for that when actually in a video).

Occasional dropout, but never disconnected. Be patient with each other because there's bound to be a 3 to 4 second lag. About on par with FB Messenger video calls. If both parties have high-speed internet (like fiber optic), it might be better.
