Awful experience. I purchased the annual subscription because it looked stellar. But little did I know that I was being constantly asked to help identify the caller. And yes, it is set as my default app!!!!. Next, it wants you to use it for texting as default. Now, when my job texts in groups, I can only see the pop up and that's it. Maybe I'm just too stupid but I've tried to figure this app out and I am giving up, cancelling the subscription and uninstalling. End of story

The way it takes control of the screen and sends notifications at an inconvenient time is not worth the benefit for me. I had to remove it. Last time I received a call while driving, it automatically responded and then took me so many taps to go back to maps, a police officer was sure I was texting. Very unsafe for driving if you use GPS.

Pretty decent app, is has plenty of features, but the ads sometimes feel a bit intrusive. I get it, it's not cheap to develop and maintain an app like this. The only real problem I have is with the post-call overlays which cannot be disabled unless you buy a subscription. It negates some of my phone's hands-free capabilities, which is dangerous. It's probably going to land the developer in hot water some day, despite any lagalese in their disclaimer.

This app has some nice features like the easy way to set up a favorites list. Unfortunately I purchased the app to record calls (for safety while I am driving, and not able to take notes). The recording worked "hit and miss" but I finally gave it up out of frustration. I know recording issues are mostly restricted by android and the carriers, but I was disappointed that this app was promoted as an answer to that issue. The other features are just not useful enough to continue my subscription.

I had issue with the call recording feature disappearing, but once I followed the developers instructions it is working great. Update: I'm discovering cool features like 'Call Reminder. I really like this app. To update without losing the record feature, don't use DuckDuckGo -it blocks the d/l. I used firefox to update the app from developers site and works great!

So far it has been the best caller ID app I have used and I've used MANY! So after every new phone # calls it will quickly as if the call was personal or business etc And if the name that showed up was correct and if it wasn't it will give you an option to change it. So basically the name that shows up is what most people have claimed that the number belongs to. I've had MANY people who are UNLISTED wonder how the heck I knew their name, they were in shock to say the least!

Great app, but they need to fix the popup/overlay. When text pops up, there should be a setting regarding how long that pop pup stays before disappearing. It should automatically disappear after a pre-set delay. As is right now, it pops up and stops whatever you were watching and stays on the screen forever until you manually close it!!! Please fix this..

Should not have to make this app my "default" app. I am not going to give this a better review. The app is ugly and not user-friendly. You are falsely advertising calls can be recorded. You may want to explain that this is not possible because ALL phones have blocked that feature due to each state law. It is illegal to record conversations without both parties knowing, so now all phones have disabled that feature in the setting, and it can not be changed.
