My data takes a long time to reset. The app shows that my billing cycle ends on the 10th, but when I spoke to a representative, they informed me that it ends on the 11th. I'm confused about how they can see the 11th when I see the 10th as my billing cycle date. Truly annoyed me. If they don't fix it, I might have to change service after 20 years of being with Boost.

The app provides no ability to view past billing details, no way to print or save current billing details. The only history available is payment history but it contains no details about what was purchased or what the charges were for. Additionally, this payment history is very confusing because it shows the same charge multiple times.

It continually logs me out throughout the month. If I don't have autopay set up and service is suspended for less than a day, I can't recieve a code to log in (it gets sent to my phone) or even call to pay my bills. Luckily there's a boost store in town, but really didn't want to have to make the treck there with a raging fever this time because the app didn't work. When I'm finally able to log in after restoring service, the app doesn't recognize my password so I have to update it every month.

App seems to be the only thing about Boost that works. Usually it says "your phone is not registered to any network". Every few days some texts come through, or a call will work. Agents lied, said I would have full service in my rural area. They told me there were sending a new SIM, never sent it. Another agent said they would expidite shipping on the next card so it would arrive the next day, after a week I called (with Google voice) and learned that they cannot expidite shipping. Not fixed.

Absolutely horrible. I will never use boost again. I got At&T and they removed my sim. I ended up still getting charged for boost mobile. I called to get a refund because anything I've ever been subscribed to and got charged for and requested a refund after NOT using the service at all. I was able to get one. Not boost. The worker was rude and said he wasn't going to refund it. I asked if I could speak to anyone else. I was polite the whole time. and he refused to let me get a second opinion.

App is fine I guess. My issue is with payment breakdown. You buy a phone and the only info you get is price then it just says recharge payment instead of phone purchase. I had to contact support just to see if I actually purchased the phone and not just added funds to account. Luckily support was easy help.

The whole app has changed taking away ways to save $ off bill. The app looks to be good for keeping track of data usage, paying ur bill, adding lines & data, etc. Just not many ways to save $ off the bill like b4. I appreciate the last 2 monthly $5 discounts but it in no way makes up for taking away the $ savers where I was saving approx $8-12 a month off my bill. I can do all this app does by going online. There's an ud almost every time I go to the app to check data usage which is often.🤦🏻

concerning. had boost for a year now. but last 4 months my auto pay option has been getting turned off. not by me !! the first time I had to pay the Extra $5 because of boost turning it off. now I get an email on the 17th that it was turned off and when I call they turn it back on or I do it . but they won't give me a reason why they keep turning it off. getting frustrated 😠 😡
