Password reset has not worked for months, rendering the whole rewards aspect of the app useless. Every attempt at a password reset results in an error saying the reset link has expired (in less than 30 seconds). As a result I regularly shop at Chick fil A, Roti, Chopt, Nando's, etc. because their rewards are actually real.

This is basically unusable. There's no easy way to build an order, idk how else to say it the whole interface is scrambled. They need a streamlined workflow that allows you to add both saved favorite bowls and bowls from the menu into the same order, edit orders, just the basic stuff. I could not figure it out. Going to use the web version again.

Nobody in position to do anything wants to hear from me. Loyalty works both ways. The original version of Cava's loyalty app respected regular customers and issued rewards fairly without complication. Every subsequent revision of this app seems to have added more complicated requirements and limitations. Today I opened my app to find all points had disappeared. I'm done. Instead of ordering dinner for two, I picked up my husband's bowl only. I'll have pb&j at home.

long loading times for almost every action and the ingredient picking UI is unnecessarily complicated. I have to scroll sideways and up/down to see what's selected. it's like only 1/3 of the screen is usable at a time. bottom part of the menu runs off the screen so I can't see calorie counts of anything on the bottom row. it looks like they're just wrapping doordash - just order through the door dash app instead. it's way easier.

I'm sure there are apps that don't function properly, however this is the first time that I've had an app that does nothing. Nobody at the stores seems to be able to help other than to say that I need to get it a copy of the receipt and contact corporate to have the points applied which I have tried multiple times. No one has attempted to get back in touch with me. Not a big fan of complaining but I just went and spent my weekly $48 and change so I've decided to skip the routine.

App is absolute garbage. I can't get it to properly run half of the time, and when it does run it is very clunky. The old app format was FAR superior. People really need to embrace the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" approach more often these days. One more thing can you PLEASE make it so that when you hit the back button, it doesn't exit the whole app. Just go back a page.

Used to use this app all the time, now it barely works. New ordering process is clunky, and some days it just crashes when starting an order. In my frustration, I just go somewhere else. I'm not going into the store to make more than one order, especially when it's at least a 10 minute drive. Please test your app before releasing. It fails to work from a functional perspective half the time.

New app is not functional, slow, buggy, and so bad I ended up just going in to order which I was hoping not to do. Focus on function not sleekness and appearance which in the long run, don't matter. Edit: Thanks for the response but this is a stock meaningless response that shows you have not even read my review. It does look different and I do not love it. I don't need a YouTube video and honestly if a food app needs a video to show users how to use it, it's a poor design.
