I used this app to successfully buy TGV tickets 2 times, so it's great. On one of those occasions I ended up with a double entry with the same ref. numbers, which looked strange, but did not impact anything in real life. Push notifications didn't work for me. I'm also wondering about the following: as this is my 'original point of sale', then there should be some cancellation/exchanging options available!

I see quite a lot room for improvement. Booking a simple train ticket with this app is unnecessarily cumbersome in my opinion. Every single one of the 6 steps needs to be confirmed at least once. If you lose the internet connection during this process (which is not unusual on the Luxembourgish train network) you need to start all over again at the first step an fill out every single form again. In my opinion this should be simpler for the user.

The app does not inform you of any changes to your itinieray. So when they cancel your train you do not know it until you arrive at the station and then it does not propose any alternative routes. Other train apps are way more user-friendly!

Since July 2023, ticket purchases no longer work with the app. After the credit card payment is confirmed, I'm stuck at a white screen in the app. No error message. The payment is actually not made. Reinstalling the app does not help. I'm now using the nearly identical SNCB International app for tickets to Belgium.

Very basic features only. I don't get real time updates. I cannot remove old tickets. I cannot see the intermediate stops. I need to do many taps to show my current ticket. The only thing this app is good for is for buying digital tickets.

This app has improved considerably to the one I tried to use a couple of years ago! I used it for the tgv from France to Italy and back last month and it was very easy to use.

App asks for "Storage permission" before opening. This option dos not exist in the parameters on Android. Consequently Catch 22. Cannot even open the app. This is dumb.

Easy to use, but interface could be more modern and less classic.
