App randomly glitches or shuts down. Unfortunately, this is the official app for reviewing and processing my digital tickets for UC athletics. Since UC has been using this app for digital tix, it continues to shut down every year. This week alone it stopped working or kicked me out of the app 3 times on 8/31; 2 times on 9/1; and 4 times on 9/2. I have deleted the app, reset my phone, and reloaded the app twice since 8/31 and it still shuts down. If I could I would remove it from my phone.

I love the Bearcats, but this app for ticket management does not live up to their standards. Horrid. 3 starts because I have not had a use for any other functionality yet, so only grading the poor ticketing experience.

Ticket management is a nightmare. I can't download 4 tickets, I have to download 1 at a time, and it is numerous keystrokes to get there. Same to display them...the lines at the gates are going to be epic on Saturday.

Terrible app, will not accept my e-mail address, says to enter a valid one even thought I had previously set up an account. I am not able to accept tickets

I'm being forced to use this app for ticket but I'd feel a lot better if my version wasn't a 'dev build'. Also, it randomly logs you out without warning. No other app I have does that.

Really buggy trying to manage tickets including a force close when I try to log in. Using Android Google Pixel 3 if that helps.
