About Mudras:

Mudras are symbolic gestures traditionally believed to promote inner balance and the flow of energy in yogic practices. Rooted in ancient traditions like Ayurveda, these practices are used to support focus, relaxation, and mindfulness.

The word Mudra is derived from Sanskrit, where mud means “joy” and ra means “to produce.” Together, mudra signifies “that which produces joy and inner calmness.”

Mudras, which originated in Hindu and Buddhist traditions, are also widely used in Indian classical arts such as Bharatanatyam, Mohiniattam, and Varma Kalai. According to yogic and Ayurvedic philosophies, they are believed to promote the flow of subtle energy within the body and support an inward journey of self-awareness.

Mudras are also traditionally understood to form a closed energy circuit within the body. According to ancient yogic texts, the physical body is composed of five elements, each associated with a finger:

• Thumb – Fire
• Index finger – Air
• Middle finger – Ether (Space)
• Ring finger – Earth
• Little finger – Water

Bringing specific fingers together in these gestures is believed to help balance the elements in the body.

This app was very good best almost a year ago, now the app is not upto mark, Firstly, no search options it's missing or not available. Secondly the options of "key benefits" and "beneficial for" options had given good explanation a year back, but now these options give no clear explanation of benefits of mudras.. Request the app admin to restore the app which was best almost a year ago, Thanks .

I'm using this app for long period. It is very useful and I like it. I was using this app in Tamil language. But in recent days I was not able to use it in Tamil language. My request is to change my app language from English to Tamil language bcoz I can't find any language change option.

Overall app is good But, Provision Hindi language option in setting is removed by this App. Please include language option Hindi and Marathi
