I've been using "Headspace" since it first became available. It was a little hard at first, (before I could listen through the silent parts without checking to see if something was wrong with my phone! ) I was a ballet dancer for over 30 years, and fairly quiet and calm. But by using the meditation and yoga exercises together on Headspace, I've learned how to relax mentally and physically for the first time!! It's lovely to have what I need for body and mind in one place. don't give up.🍃

Member support is very minimal and I sometimes don't get answers for days and have to follow up even with a paid plan from my work. Coaches come and go frequently so you're always working with a new person. The automated classes/breathing exercises are helpful. For some reason I'm not getting notifications even with them turned on in settings.

I've been using Headspace since 2017, and it helped me immensely back then. There is truly some great content on here. Unfortunately, over time, it has become buried beneath many layers of new content and sub menus. It wouldn't be so bad if it was well-organized, but the tags and labels overlap a lot. The best original meditation courses are now very hard to find, and I'm not sure what the app is trying to be. Please tidy up the 'Explore' tab and let us modify the time line on the 'Today' tab.

Really impressed so far. Very clean and easy interface. You can search for specific meditations if you'd like, but they have a daily feed that gives you stuff that just feels like it always makes sense, which makes it feel super easy to just open the app and go anytime you're in the mood or need support. I do have to say that this is based on the premium version--my state has it available to residents, but it would feel worth it to pay if I didn't have access after this experience.

Please make a 10 minute option for semi-guided meditation. There's a 5 and 15 minute option but no 10 minute option. Every other version of this app seems to have this option but the Android version and I'm unsure why. I even contacted support and they said they would work on it. But it seems like a simple fix. Also, navigation is a bear. Too many taps to find certain classes.

I like it, but there's really only a handful of meditations. They all consist of watching your breath, body scanning, or noting. That's it. But the bedtime stories are really nice. I'd like more visualization meditations. And I feel like they don't really help you deal with things. You're more just taking a break. When I'm done, I still have problems. More CBT would be great for that.

I love this app soo much! It's amazing to get me going in the morning and helps me sleep at night with all the options they have. It does little check-ins so you can keep track of your mental and emotional progress and patterns. Being able to "favorite" certain things is great too. My only critique really is I wish we could download more sleepscapes to help me on planes and stuff like that

One of a kind. great app. AI good afternoon, but I need more control of interactiveness in the app. Love the daily schedule for Morning/afternoon, and Sleep. Visually calming. Easy to find what I need, but would like to be able to add them to my DAILY TASK so don't have to find them each time, Choose what task videos are in my DAILY list, INSTEAD of the app choosing it. A NOTIFICATION 4 each task, Instead of only having 1 a day! More prompts how too & let me control what to do next in daily page
