Originally I was happy with this app and company. Since last year the service got worse. I book a ride and get a notification email but no cab arrives. Few times I had to call while waiting, just to be told that either no cab was booked or that booked driver is not available so they were trying to find another driver. Night staff is unhelpful and the drivers tend to complain about how little they earn. Twice I was also asked to pay extra £4 for being dropped in the Stansted drop-off area (cash).
