Welcome to Streamline Taxis.We provide taxi services across Ayr, Prestwick, Troon, Kilmarnock, Irvine, Largs, and surrounding areas.
We are totally committed to both our business and personal customers and we have the taxi fleet in Preswick that's able to carry large and awkward loads with ease, distance no object, all contract work is welcome!
All of our cabs have either 5, 6, 7, 8 or even 16 seats* , including facilities for those passengers with special needs*.

too easy to make mistakes when booking for a later time. GPS picks up wrong addresses and app makes it difficult to change it

The HOLD payment when pre-paying is not good and an awful customer experience make sure you select "PAY IN CAR" when booking to avoid this

Honestly, why bother booking ahead of time when they want you to phone just before to confirm. Obviously if I wanted it at a different time, I would book it for then. Also, there should be an option to pay for the airport fee when picking up from the airport, instead of having to guess where the driver is since they refuse to come get you. And when you phone, she is extremely rude and hangs up on you. Won't be using again 🤬

Great app . Only wish they would add option when paying with card to tip the driver as I always tip when have cash but using the app and paying by card is so much easier . Also great to book and pay for my son when he's out and I don't need run out pay driver at my end . Don't know why folk say can't pay with card as have option card or cash and can cancel taxi anytime on the app .

Pointless app, whats the point of booking a taxi ahead of time for the taxi doesn't show up on time. Apparently they don't take booking taxis by 11 pm even though the app doesn't tell you this. Was stranded last night at 00:15 to nearly 1pm myself, despite using the app to book the taxi way in advance to avoid this exact situation and when I called to enquire they were unapologetic.if this was my daughter left along in the town I would have been raging. I will never use this company again

Seems like Streamline have got all their employees and family /friends to post 5* reviews. Last 2 times I booked a taxi, the first time (after 20min delay!) taxi was sent to my destination instead of my location. Second time (a train station no less) taxi again went to wrong location (how hard is it to go to the only taxi rank in the town) Great that they've bought/ forced out competition, now they can't get you a taxi for at least 20min on a quiet day! Whoever running things needs a shake! 🤬🤬

went from using the app getting a taxi from my home regularly to it not even recognising my address!!!! what a joke of an app, also prices have hiked, I will no longer be using streamline, absolute clowns
