This unique Interlinear Greek-English New Testament is easy to use. It is a new interlinear English translation linked to the Greek text and NOT a published book in the form of an app. Just touch the Greek and it gives the English, or vice versa. Touch again to see all the possible Greek meanings with the correct one(s) in context highlighted. Browse all the meanings. You do not even have to be able to read or pronounce Greek. The Greek meanings are from the modern and scholarly New Testament Greek-English Lexicon based on Semantic Domains, published by the United Bible Societies. All the Greek meanings are listed in 93 domains or groups of meanings, providing an accurate and precise meaning analysis.
The main editor of this dictionary, Prof Johannes Louw, was also the main translator of the ScriptureDirect Interlinear Translation. He was assisted by Dr Bennie Wolvaardt, Founding President of Veritas College International.

I grew up with the KJV. This is my go-to app verify whether or not the KJV (and thus my understanding) is translated accurately. There are sometimes significant differences! I like the listing of alternative translations of individual words. This app had helped me to become less literal and, I believe, more complete (if not accurate) in my understanding of scriptures and the message that was originally intended by the authors.

Love it...very useful for studying the word, love the set up, very informative, with foot notes, scripture ref. and dictionary....what I'm not happy with is that you can't make notes nor highlight or bookmarks while studying please add those features...when you close the app the next time you open the app takes you to matthew it doesn't take you to the last viewed verse....

This is NOT the T.R. Greek. This is not the best Greek to English New Testament I have ever used. It is better than any paper version. Showing which Greek words link to which English words when you touch the word is helpful, but more so when you press to bring up the dictionary and various possible usages. Navigation is the one thing I find cumbersome, but it is only a small irritation. [Wish list: It would be wonderful to find this app for the Hebrew.]

This is an awesome app that is easy to use. Though I have other more robust Bible programs, this one is unique in that it looks at the meaning of the Greek words in context, showing the options of potential meanings. I also like the parsing feature. But, I cannot.open the app in.the last few weeks, perhaps due to an update of my android system. Hopefully, this bug can be fixed soon.

So helpful! Instead of displaying English in Greek word order, the app shows a more naturalzed English reading. Some say this is confusing but the developer solves that by having corresponding English highlighted together with the Greek when you click on it (and vice versa). Simple but efficient, this feature helps me visualize differences and connections between both languages. I'm on the lookout for an interlinear Hebrew Bible laid out similarly. Dev, any plans to make a Hebrew OT app? :-)

Not a true interlinear, a bit glitchy, should be upfront about which textual tradition is used. This is not based on the Textus Receptus, if that's what you're looking for. The word order does not follow the original in the Greek. It comes closer to giving the English word order and trying to match up some Greek, which is backward from a true interlinear in my experience. Also doesn't interact dependably with my Android.

Touch an English word and the Greek word is highlighted. Touch again and another small box opens that has meanings and explanations and notes for that individual word and sometimes grouping of words. I use the mobile app. It is NT only. Really enjoy this app actually! Thank you whomever created it and updates it :)

It worked great and was helpful in my study until I updated the Android version of my phone. It's stuck on the loading screen. After re-installing the app I got past the loading screen but it cannot load the text. I hope the developers can fix this. Update: App is working perfectly now. Thank you!
