Nothing but issues. The app will take forever to load, if it loads at all. I had to put the website as a widget on my phone in order to access and clock in. That still only works half the time. They did some maintenance in the middle of the day and then I couldn't login and it said I had too many attempts to login. I requested a password reset, but the link they sent to reset is not a valid link. I am constantly having to have my supervisor fix my time, because I can't get in.

The app is fickle, prone to randomly being slow or refusing to load, and will not stay logged in or stop asking if you want it to be. The app is extremely difficult to get any support for, will make you jump through several needless hoops just to login which leaves you subject to the good will of third parties to be able to just clock in or put in for a sick day. I would not recommend to any employer. I would not use it if I had an alternative.

Takes upward of 5 minutes just to load the login screen. Even longer once you put in your credentials. I don't write out many reviews. Product is not efficient as an app. Desktop is ok. I avoid using this app at all cost. Using this product leads to bouts of anger and the drudge of shopping for a replacement.

I really want to be able to use this app, but looks like it doesn't work for a google pixel 3xl. installed, uninstalled, re-installed multiple times. was finally able to login (recognizes my credentials), but then get the white screen and spinning wheel, so the app never opens. I don't have time to chase this issue down any longer. So, developers, please fix this.

The app doesn't allow you to scroll and select the time when you're entering in the timesheet. Basically makes the app useless because you have to get on a computer to enter and submit time now.

Well I really loved the app but now I can't see my time sheet. It says no time sheet this pay period. That is the main reason for the app. I hope it is fixed soon. I will change my review when the app works again properly. Update now it will not let me log in just gives error code 404.

Edit: this app has actually gotten worse. Some point in the last week, the ability to "punch in/out" has been removed and made clocking in a night mare. Especially, if a person work split shifts or takes a break. I miss paycor

Doesn't load more than half the time. My employer uses it for clocking in/out, but the app can take up to 15 minutes to load in order for me to punch in.
