The location redirection issue was solved after more than a year. however the app is more horrible than ever, camera does not work for qr scan, and it does not let me start charging at all months now. incompatibility issues with a simple new android on Google pixel 7. Horrible persosting experience. also no RFID card alternative

used to work well-ish, but last updates broke the camera functions and the scanner no longer works, it just shows black. Sad. waiting for the fix, i was so close to getting a subscription...

Despite the upgrade this is a shambles of an app to use. Like so many Greek e-products and apps, perhaps it will work, perhaps it won't. Customer service is non-existent and half the plugs at the airport in Athens don't work. But they only tell you about ten minutes after you've plugged in and left. Frustrating, annoying and simply a waste of time.

Absolute Disaster! 🔥 This app is completely useless right now! It gets stuck on selecting the customer type, and no matter what you do, you just get a "something went wrong" error. You literally can't charge anything because of this. What’s the point of an app that doesn’t even let you do the basic function it's built for?! Tried restarting, reinstalling—nothing works. Fix your app! 🚮 ⭐ 0/5 if I could.

Clicked 'start charging', then got an error message with no reason. Thought that the payment method was outdated. Couldn't add any payment method because it kept saying that I needed to stop charging. Struggled to find where to stop charging because it never started. Finally tried to stop it (it was at 0.0 euros obviously). Got another message that it couldn't stop either. Tried again to add a payment method, was told to stop charging. Tried to start charging again, got an error. Gave up & left

after the latest update The application is extremely slow... 😞... not good at all for an Ap of it's level

impossible to log in. Login with Google says there is already an account for this user. Login with gmail email asks to reset the password and even after reset is successful keeps doing the same .
