Not the most intuitive app to deal with. 1. Updates to a Profile must be done on a computer, not a mobile device (i.e. upload photos and insurance/registration docs) BUT the mobile device doesn't tell you why it is not working. I found it is buried in Help. 2. There is NO search for a specific marina when you know where you want to go. You need to select a state, then scroll through ALL the listings to find the marina you want. They are not even organized by city. No way to compare.

Horrendous app. Absolutely a nightmare to setup a simple profile. I've worked in IT for over 20 years and never experienced such a hassle to setup a simple reservation. Can't get pdf of jpg to upload from my phone, one drive, Google, Amazon or anywhere else I try and load my doc's from. insane waste of time. After how poor this experience was I'm going directly to Kickstarter to work on a better way to meet boaters needs. This app is abysmal.

This app is really good, saves time and energy having to bring paperwork or documents in. I made a reservation through, DockWa tried to debit my prepaid credit card, there wasn't any funds available. Later, I added funds to my prepaid debit card, DockWa doesn't allow you to reuse the same card. I canceled the reservation. After canceling, a New Reservation wasmade, DockWa debited my card for the cancelled reservation & the new one! $125 each! And I wasn't given a refund

Offered as Marina Management software, yet when making application for monthly berthing, the boater must use the online version. That fillable form is horrible, requiring you to fill in subsequent entries even if the preceeding question is No. There is no place to save previous entries, so don't stop in the middle. Messaging between applicant and marina? Doesn't even show up in the App even if you're signed in same on both. Needs work! Good idea, but not ready yet...

New app update is unusable. Not sure why you would ruin what was a pretty good app. Hard to find things. Why would you put items designed for the marina on the app. The app is used by the boater. You hid the map, and getting to trips is not as easy. I highly suggest you switch back. Does not look like much thought was put into this update, and the update was done for update sake rather than for usability. Please fix. We love dockwa and the new app is not an enjoyable experience anymore.

I'm not real keen on the fact that they have 17 hours to answer our "request" (after we give them a credit card!) Yet we must give them 24 hours notice to cancel or change a reservation. In addition there's no guarantee the Marina will have wifi, an available slip that meets our needs and no answer to questions. So far this trip we have already had one Marina charge us more than their "advertised price"....of course you don't find this out until after you arrive and are docked!

Dockwa as a service is ok, but this app is buggy. often, when it asks you to enter login credentials, it goes back to asking for login instead of proceeding. Also, frequent hangs when changing screens - you have to back up and try again.

What happened to the app? It was great until last update. now it's not usable. Before the update you could look at the map and everything was clear and the information was clear but now the information is hidden and the map is hidden somewhere in the menu.
