Terrible user experience. They have tried charging my card at 2am, a transaction which was detected as fraud by the bank and then rejected. Once I woke up they didn't retry the payment and now, a week later they sent me a late payment fee. In the app there is no way for me to trigger the payment, so CEZ is asking me to pay a fine for a transaction that they screwed up. Unbelievable. Their contact form is limited to a few symbols so I could not contact their support. This app is rubbish.

1. Easy registration & use right away 2. Online availability of chargers 3. Golf on the background It's a pity tarif plan change is not automated, even request creation - gotta contact support. And some chargers in Prague are offline, even though they are there and powered (OC Smíchov, for example), but this has nothing to do with the app.

Rubbish, just doesn't work. Finally managed to register - only takes debit cards despite saying otherwise. But I can't progress without an Activation Code which it never sends.

Charging worked. Was difficult to register for non-Czech speakers. Please add English to the app at least :D

English language support was added finally.👍 UX still a bit awkward here and there, but usable.
