I'm torn on this. The UI is really great and simple to use, with powerful management functions I wasn't expecting. But port forwarding doesn't seem to work at all. There are multiple people online complaining that port forwarding is broken. And some of the advanced options seem to be hidden from the user so I can't check whether enabling/disabling uPnP will help. Also, a web interface would be useful - I dont always want to do network admin from a phone.

It's a Daddy-knows-best soccermom router provider. Basic network options available since 2003 are paywalled behind a recurring subscription model like they're doing something on the backend. Things like routerbased VPN are impossible to use. Updates are automatic, mandatory, and frequent without content. I've never had more network interruptions than I've had on this brand with their updates. They think a scheduledtime preference is a solution. My preferred time to lose internet is never thanks.

Nearly every single day, I have been setting up two new networks or more in the week for the past four years now. With this router system, I loathe it. I often only find frustration and issues when setting up systems with two or more routers. Eero pro sevens are junk. Eero pro 6 works alright. Eero cento 6 routers are decent. Any router older than those. Would complete garbage. These routers are expensive for no good reason. The eero app is as well the worst part of it all.

Please stop moving buttons and settings around on your app. I can't find anything anywhere including the reboot button. Googling where everything is not helpful at all. Outdated information of where your current buttons are at. Place things somewhere where it's easier to find! Plus you have way too many invite buttons on it. The ones that invite other people onto their wifi. Lastly my wifi device doesn't have a reboot button on it so I'm relying on this button to return asp in the app.

Although Eero is a three-star system at best, the app does not meet the system's standards. Why haven't the developers created an app that allows users to remove old devices from their lists? Additionally, why can't the app accurately read and list device names? Furthermore, with each app update, the situation worsens. Currently, the app falsely displays online devices as offline, particularly when indicating that a Fire Stick is offline while streaming content from it.

Application and hardware works great. Everything is simple and easy to use with no issues so far. Speeds are great. But... I didn't realize when buying this that some standard features like "Content Filtering" would be behind a $10 a month paywall. These are free options in routers I had for the past 10 years. Keeping kids away from content shouldn't be limited. That said most of the app is limited behind a paywall and is mostly not useful after it's setup without constant popups.

Initially, a very easy app to use with most of the relevant network information displayed. Unfortunately, the most recent UI update is junk and removes the 'at a glance' overview of your network with a difficult to navigate. Due to the most recent update, I've scored this as a 3.

Eero sent message and the below issue is resolved, the button moved. Would encourage Eero to update your site instructions to avoid confusion. Thanks for responding. Previous message: Not sure what happened, but under settings-->network settings, there is no longer a restart option for the network, I have to restart each Eero individually? Please bring back the reboot system option
