I created account. Entered in my home location. Filled cost rates and times - a total nightmare and no help anywhere. Charged. Levee recorded it. Then I came back. I was walked through registration again?! I stopped at the time and cost of charging page after more interrupting confusing messages. Not deleting it yet but it's moving that way. Needs to be easy to use and reliable.

Just downloaded, signed up for an account, yet when opening the app, it only shows a map. Chose both the gps link and typed in actual address. Location permission was granted. Deleted app and reinstalled, still same thing. Theres a left arrow button in top corner, but doesn't work. Will not go past the map. Deleting permanently.

I haven't accessed the app in some time and have noticed lately while trying to review my usage the application is stuck "importing data" I leave the App however each time I try to access it afterwards it returns to the same point I leave the App running in the background but find that after some time at idle it restarts from 0% completed. I cannot view any current or historical data.

I'd like to see a miles/kwh too. Kinda like mpg. Some of the info is a bit confusing like it claims to have tracked all 35k miles but only since 2020. We bought the car in Dec 2018. The total miles is correct but it doesn't show any data for 2019 so don't think I had set up the app until later. Still I like it!

I keep getting "Check your internet connection" message when trying to move on from "Where do you charge most often?" screen. I've tried multiple times at different times connected to different wifi networks and 4G LTE on my phone. I sending this review with the internet connection the app claims I need to check. It makes the app useless as it can't be set up.

Eats your Tesla's battery at an alarming rate ------ edit (26 Dec 20): Immediately upon starting use of EEVEE, my Model 3 began losing ~2 miles of range per hour. When I disabled the EEVEE app, the range loss stopped immediately. If the developer can explain how to set up the app so this doesn't occur, I would love to try it again, as the app's premise is a great one.

Aside from a few minor glitches (missing odometer values, wrong dates for charges, etc), I liked the app. Unfortunately, a relatively expensive subscription is now required so I will be uninstalling. Good while it lasted.

Brilliant app now gone "pro" at £70\year. You must be kidding! Perhaps worth it if business use but NOT FOR PERSONAL perhaps a 1 off £5 fee. I'll remove it! Bye!!
