這個應用程式AMHer分為三部分; 生育潛力，生殖保存及生理追蹤。生育潛力是以AMH測試得到的結果配合檢測時年齡就可以得到卵巢儲存的正常與否以及卵巢年齡。當每年測試反苗勒管激素並持續使用這應用程式紀錄，就可以得到個人AMH趨勢圖。一則對自己卵巢狀態有所了解，二則對家庭計劃有幫助，也可以在進行人工生殖過程時對於取卵數和胚胎發育成功的預測。生殖保存是幫助在考慮卵子精子冷凍保存的人來做決定。以問卷調查的方式提供加成，來達到是否有凍精卵的需求。這可以協助男女提高獲得子女的可能性。生殖保存,這個需求跟個人年齡，婚姻狀態，工作性質及生活壓力很有關連。最後一部份則與個人健康狀息息相關，無論男女都可以用此記錄每一年健康檢查得到的數值。對於女性生理狀態則有更深入的追蹤，譬如月經週期、排卵日預測及不正常的生理機能，達到更深入的了解。
