We have two price options: Choose the fixed fee using iTaxi Ticket to see the total cost of the ride before ordering a cab, or alternatively use the taximeter like a traditional taxi, allowing you to control the route your driver takes. And you can always reach us with any problems.
b) VERIFIED DRIVERS
For your peace of mind, all our drivers are verified for identity, have passed our internal exam, and are fully insured.
c) MOBILE PAYMENT

The couple of times I have used this app it has worked as expected. However, my two gripes are that you don't have any pictures of the driver's in the app and that it doesn't tell the vehicle color of the vehicle coming to pick you up. For some of us the license plate number may be easy to spot but it is good in my opinion to be able to know what color vehicle you are looking for as well as what the driver roughly looks like. Otherwise the app functions as you'd expect.

This scam should be illegal. I typed in Google "taxi pescara" and this app showed up. I lost my time registering and adding card only to see message that it isn't working in my location in major city in Italy

The drivers are great and all of them licensed, which is a giant plus. But the big issue is the app - doesn't detect location, switches randomly between card/cash, taxiometer/pre-approved amount.

Disappointed. Not a transparent fee structure - seemingly additional fees linked to the size of the car and luggage, which is very odd if you're taking the taxi from the airport. I would just use a different app/company and avoid the uncertainty.

Single use app. After first trip app was stuck on loading "Your last ride". Closing and clearing cache did not work. After two more days of use I need to lower the rating. On top of all previous issues app started to crash when opening when waiting for taxi.

Ordered a ride. Showed 62 pln for the ride. Received a phone call from the driver and he told me that there was a bug in the app and I need to pay 220 pln. Don't use the app. The drive was a 15 min ride. The original price was high, but the "updated" cost was just outrageous.

App ended my trip after 2 days of actual trip end time. I was not able book any other Cab during that duration since as per App, I am already on the trip. Neither option to download the invoice nor you can send to your personal mail id.

I've ordered a taxi for 4.30 Sunday morning a couple of days in advance, got a confirmation and my travel was booked. My train was leaving 5.20 and I had to get to the train station. 4.00, half an hour (!!!) before the taxi was supposed to arrive, I got a sms from itaxi saying they had to taxis available and they're cancelling my ride. I ended up getting a bolt, made it to the train and paid half the price itaxi wanted. I do NOT recommend this company/app.
