Since the release of Android 13 disconnects are not as much of a problem and the occasional times it does disconnect all I have v to do bis turn the phone's Bluetooth off and back on. Once in a great while I still have to re-pair my hearing aids, but all in all vast improvement. Went for a walk and left phone behind and both aids were still paired when I got back. :)

I have had my new hearing aids for 5 days and had no problem connecting my Samsung A21 using the BeMore app. It is very easy to control the hearing aids. My biggest complaint is I can't stream audio or phone calls. According to Samsung, my phone is hearing aid compatible but apparently the app doesn't work with the A21 phone. I can't find any contact information to find out if the A21 will ever be included on the list of compatible devices.

This app is horrible. It disconnects all the time without any reason or notice. Wish you could use it as an amplifier like it should be able to used for to listen to like TV's so my spouse can sleep without disturbing her but it doesn't. It's just horrible. When it disconnects you have to turn your phone off and back on in order for it to connect again. It won't connect without shutting your phone off and turning it back on then it will connect that is a big inconvenience.

It got my hearing aids paired to my Pixel 6A, but the only programs I have are All Around & Front Focus. I really wanted the restaurant program. I'm so tired of being treated like the red-headed stepchild, just because I have an Android phone! Come on, developers! My sister, with an iPhone, has the full functionality of the app. 🤷🏼

I am using this app with ITC hearing aids provided by Hearing Australia. They are supposed to be identical to the Custom by ReSound, however this app is the only app that works with them. IMy phone is Samsung A71 with Android 13 and UI 5.1 - all the latest software. The connection is problematic. It will work for a few days, and then stops working. Needs restarting the phone, new pairing - a lot of trouble. Apart from that it is not bad when it works.

Loses connection to my left ear very easy and often always having to turn Bluetooth off then on to reestablish connection. Have made it known to my audiologist about it. I know they can't do anything but wanted him to report to hearing aid company to make improvements on their end as well as on bemore app. If they were to fix this issue then I would give it a 5 star

The BeMore app was very useful -- until I dropped my phone into the washing up bowl. I haven't managed to dry it out and get it working, so I got another phone and tried to pair my hearing aids with it. But it kept saying that they were paired with the previous waterlogged phone and that I had to 'unpair' them - which I can't do because that phone doesn't work. Unless I can dry my old phone out, I am stuffed. I think this issue should be addressed if the BeMore App wants 5 stars from me.

Same junk different name This app is no better than the GN smart sound app. It has the same identical pitfalls that the GN app. It has you go through the same process of connecting and then reconnecting but when you get to reconnect at best it only sees one of the hearing aids. It's just as frustrating and it's a piece of junk that the developers never seem to have tested it for proper operation. This has always been the issue with GN apps
