Difficult to navigate, very basic. Unless you know exactly where you want to go, it can be hard to find a good list of options. Does give lists of amenities and ratings of cleanliness of restrooms and laundry facilities as well as area overall, which we find very useful. It hasn't improved in the several years I've tried to use it. They update the databases but not the app it seems.

App obviously written by someone that's never planned an RV trip for themselves. Cannot filter search results for pull thru sites. If your towing a car it's the number 1 requirement. If your pulling a trailer you don't want to back in to a short site for an overnight stay. You can filter for "Pets". I've been RV'ing for 20+ and never seen one that doesn't allow pets. Somehow that's more important than having pull thru sites.

4/10/21 ZERO stars. I've uninstalled, rebooted, installed, rebooted but it still fails. Response on Play store was useless and whoever made it obviously did not read my post. I give up on this app. I will use the RV Parky app. It finds everything and I can work out my itinerary for the frequent cross-country trips we make. 4/6/21 Tried again after installing, shutting down, and installing immediately after restart. Again the "app keeps stopping" error. Sent feedback via app.

Not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times in the last couple of days but the app still doesn't work. Please fix this app I love it and use it continuously during the Summer and Fall. I NEED THIS APP!

This is typical Good Sam Club nonsense. The search function doesn't work on Samsung 25+ devices. I tried removing and reinstalling the app, but it didn't help. It's a shame because Good Sam Club used to be great. This app is just another example of how it's not what it used to be.

Map search no longer works on my Samsung. Could see dots for campgrounds, but no roads, towns, etc to see where you are. Ug! So I updated. Now it is worse. Won't load anything at all. Wants me to install their "new app". Play search doesn't show one exists. I have relied in this app for years. Stressed out it is gone.

Not that good. The application should be easy to use on a small device like smart phone. Does not have even close to the same functionality as the website does. You should be able to track your campgrounds make reservations and change them like other big service....won't name it but starts with K. This needs to be fixed.

This app has not been updated in nearly three years and does not appear to function on newer Samsung devices. I tried clearing my cache, then tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app to no avail.
