As part of the commitment of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America to care for creation, voting members for the 2013 Churchwide Assembly will access information and documentation with this mobile application. There are three main components of the application: e-binder, communications and submissions. Features of the e-binder include:
All documents previously included in the paper version of the binder will be included in the application.
Documents have the ability to be annotated.
The current version of documents will be available and clearly distinguishable from the original and earlier updates.
New document versions will be pushed to the application, or they can be manually downloaded.
Documents that have been downloaded to your device will be available for your review whether or not you are connected to Wi-Fi.
Documents can be searched for key words or a particular subject or phrase.

Voting members will also use the application for various communications related to assembly business. These communications will include:
