App is not opening. Edit: The app was not working, and after they were aware, HealthTrust Workforce Solutions followed up on it until they fixed the issue. The app is now working properly, and I'm able to schedule my shifts at easy, anywhere. If you're having issues, just let them know.

Since the new app been updated recently on the 26th of January I've been unable to use the app. It keeps restarting me from the login page even after I logged in already with my username and password. Before the update I had no problems but since then I've erased my app I've cleared the cache and foreclosed it and it still doing the same thing after I reinstalled it.

Not easily navigable as advertised. Not user friendly. Example, It's supposed to enable choice of shifts and time in a particular facility. Not the case. The app needs serious upgrade.

Good overall. It is slow to confirm a booking, and you have to scroll through all the dates to find a shift rather than just sorting by a specific date.

Very hard to use, doesn't respond to requests to change filters, sluggish, info loads slowly...says it's updated but no improvement noticed from before.

it would be nice It the app had a filter for the specific days you're looking to work instead of having to scroll completely down.

Unable to book shifts on the unit i WANT to work on. It is one of 3 PCUs in this hospital, but the app does not let you specify unit, only pcu designation.
