How to:
Press big "Play" button and noise will be played, then you may stay in app or press home / back to continue playing.
You can change color of noise by clicking color-changing button on bottom. If you need more advanced control over noise you can click button with 'sliders'.
To set up time after which playing will stop you can click timer button.
"Natural RNG" section in advanced menu allows to select if source for noise maker is uniform or natural.

About colors / types.
Brown noise: (-6dB / octave) Sounds f.e. like strong waterfalls, low roaring, thunder.
Pink noise: (-3dB / octave) Sounds like rustling leaves, steady rain, wind.
White noise: uniform power distribution. Sounds like whirring fan, radio static.
Blue noise: (+3dB / octave) Sounds like high-pitched hiss of water.
Purple noise: (+6dB / octave) Basically higher-piched blue noise.

Green Noise: Focused on mid-frequencies, resembling the sound of rustling leaves in a dense forest.
Grey Noise: Has a balanced spectrum that compensates for human hearing perception.

Honestly amazing. I can sleep during the day now, and even in the busiest moments, I get the best sleep with this app. I love the brown noise. It works better for me and gives me deep sleep. I only have two suggestions: 1. When the alarm goes off, the noise should logically stop playing. Lately, I’ve been missing my alarms because I can’t hear 2. I’d love to have quick access controls (pause/play) in the notification bar.

Long time user moving on. Ive been using this app for 3 years to help me sleep while at a work camp. Personally brown noise works best. The ads can be a bit aggressive, the sound choices are limited and for some reason there are some slight volume fluctuations with my current phone. The app mostly does what's it supposed to but with the volume annoying me I was able to find a couple of apps that worked better.

I like the variety of different noise colors; brown is the most relaxing for me. The controls are easy to understand and use. I'd give the app 5 stars if the noise didn't stop playing every 20 minutes. It's pretty jarring when it stops out of nowhere. Also, it has ads that even my DNS ad blocker can't detect and block.

I have constant high-pitched ringing in my ears. Dr checked it out and said my hearing is perfect. He told me to buy a fan. That was 30 years ago. I need the noise in order to sleep. My mechanical fan died, and this is the 4th app I tried in a desperate attempt to sleep until I could a replacement fan. As it turns out, I don't need to buy a new fan! This app mimics the sound perfectly! (I'm using PINK noise.) I did pay $3 to remove ads. They weren't too intrusive - just don't want them.

Forgot my portable noise machine, so I downloaded and used this ap. It worked perfectly for my needs. I love that there are different options for sounds. I didn't notice until morning that there is a timer. Nice feature. I will definitely use this ap again when I'm traveling. Constant sound all night. No unwanted sounds.

7/26/25 constantly crashes on my blu8 tablet. 7/24 After 1 year, still using. Discovered it has a sleep timer. Unlike some apps you set the length rather than choosing a preset. Also now switch up the "color" based on what works at that moment. 6/23 Has a great brown noise which helps me sleep and also helps me relax when my tinitus starts driving me crazy.

Does what it says! No interruptions, plays through the night. There are only ever visual ads, which never interfere with the "noise". (And I will gladly pay the $3 to remove ads if I'm still using this app in a week.) There are more "colors" of noise than I ever heard of, but I 100% endorse this app for Brown noise to enhance focus and/or sleep.👍🏽💯😴

I use this app every night. You can select one of the different colors of sound (white, brown, etc) and also let's you blend sound colors together to suit your needs and preferences. This is one of favorite apps, because it's very easy to use, it meets and exceeds all my needs and there is no BS about it! Sincere compliments to the programmers/developers. They hit a grand slam with this one!
