GX Remote Control from Honeywell lets you remotely access and control your Honeywell Galaxy Flex or Honeywell Galaxy Dimension intruder panel form anywhere in the world.Key Features:

Brilliant app, it's free, just pay thousands for adt to upgrade your panel, a few hundred for them to get it working, six months frustration when the push notifications stop working, then it's great for a few months until the lot stops connecting, then just pay adt a few hundred more. Wish all apps were free

App is good, push notifications are great but only being able to choose one notification sound for all events is not so great. The app needs the ability to have separate sounds per event type. At the moment it is impossible to tell if the alarm has activated or been unset.

Positive: Set/unset one click operation. Push notifications useful feature and avoids the need for SMS text messaging.Virtual keypad is a versatile option for more complex engineering tasks. Negative: Login configuration screen should be hidden when logging into panel and password should be saved. Biometric security should be added to app for enhanced device security. Panels cannot be removed from web service, only create new sites, which is annoying. No new features in last couple of years.

Push notifications don't work anymore since the update. Please add a login ui like the evohome app and make the alarm sound specific/stand out against the normal alarms of the phone. Read the feedback, all of them are the same, pick it up, take ownership. :(

On android the app loses the ability to connect to the alarm on numerous occasions. My only option is to contact my alarm installer... Resetting the router doesn't always work and is not an option if not at home...

For people like me who struggled to get notifications working. You 1st need to register for the service in the side menu and add a device, jot down the IP and account number. Then on your keypad log in as a engineer and menu 56.1.1 and configure the receiver and put the account number and IP from before. Then go back to menu 56.1.2 and into triggers and enable which notifications you want. Oh and when creating a site go to users on the keypad and you will see the number at the side that's it

The app itself is simply and great to use. It should deserve 5 stars but on Android version there no push notifications but on the iso app you receive the notification.... If they update the android to support push notifications then it definitely be a 5 star app

When selecting Push Notifications from side menu app crashes! Set up LAN/WAN connection no problem. Need to HELP to fix app crashing. Need notifications working! Would not recommend until app is fixed.
