I came home this morning at 4:00am and my Livy Alive device didn't recognize that and the alarm went off. A few minutes later the device said smoke had been detected and that I should leave my flat. This was nonsense. It took 15 minutes to turn off the alarm because of error messages in the app. I continued having problems accessing the device, so I uninstalled & reinstalled the app and now I can't set up the device due to error messages in the app. A red light is now spinning around the device.

This is a scam! Don't get Livy! The app says the QR code would be on the product or on a separate paper but that's wrong. Instead you have to buy a new code for 15 €. Stay away from this company!

The new version 3.10 is not working with the camera Go Live for the Livy Alive. I tried to use version 3.3.0 on another device and it works perfectly.

Wow, what a useless combination of hardware and software. It promises nice features but that's only available as paid service. Expensive hardware is bundled with this low quality app. So disappointed ...
