This app never works. Can't connect, can't find account, can't load itself half the time. Hop on a internet browser and go to the website and everything works. So frustrating. Literally talking to my agent to change insurance companies because I can't take it anymore.

App has issues/bugs with bill pay execution. Never indicates that it has completed the execution of the payment. Also, it would be really nice, if it provided an alert or notification of a due date for billing. Even better, make the notifications user controlled. Other than that, the app does what it needs to do.

App doesn't offer much in terms of being a useful app at all. Can't even see my policy docs. Or bill. What's the point of the app.

This app sucks!!!!and IMT tech dept. Says it works great 🤬. Even my insurance agent can't make payment 😳🤔🤬. IMT has a real problem.

Can't see the "pay" button on bill pay. Also there is a "back" button covering part of the insurance card.

I get notifications, tap to read them and it just opens the app. Where do I read them??
