Not intuitive or useful at all. I used to have fresh service and it had a much better app plus awesome widgets. This is really simple version of the incidentiq website. The events portion is also basically unusable. When I've submitted complaints or asked for features, I've been told to just use the web version but I constantly travel and am not usually on my laptop. The whole point of the app is to be more mobile.

The app is pretty straight forward and simple, but at times, it feels like a lot a navigating to work tickets. My biggest gripe is the lack of formatting when displaying replies and responses. The text all blends together even if there are spaces between paragraphs or other information that is present in the web portal. Still very handy when want to check tickets on the go without needing to break out the work laptop.

Buggy mess, but that's not entirely the fault of the app. I have the same issues with the service everywhere else. Search might as well not exist in any form. Not able to search for assets by model. Not able to search by keywords in tickets. Adding actions to one ticket in the app gets duplicated to completely unrelated tickets. Incident IQ is absolutely the most frustrating part of my job now, and it's not even providing the additional insights we wanted due to poor initial setup (our fault).

As an Agent the app is good for on the go look up a ticket. Hey! can you look at this ticket #. It would be nice to be able to add Tags to tickets and to be able to add it to columns to sort since I work from hundreds of tickets. If you already have your views created it makes it easier to work from the app.

This app needs significant further development to be in line with the capability of the web interface. See: Private community feature requests. My most frustrating limitation is complete lack of visibility of ticket followers. Second is no "details" show in ticket list view.

This app would be so much nicer if it would keep me logged in. Then when I try to login with my district sign in, it just reloads the sign in page. Only way I can get it to work is when I uninstall the app and reinstall it.

You should take the app down and not relaunch it until it has something on a Chrome tab. In so far, it is nothing but a downgrade in speed, ability, and stability vs. using iiQ on a mobile Chrome tab.

The notifications do not work. They are so important when I am working out in the field. It says you have to manage them on the web. I have turned on all notifications on the web for mobile. Still nothing.
