Very frustrating. Will not accept our reservation number. Complained to reception and was told to book as day visitor. I would have to give a card number but they would not use it (?). Tried but on choosing swim time was asked number and on entering 1 was constantly asked to enter time first. The times I had already entered were not available. So now we are staying at the Hydro and can't even access the pool.

This app is great for most of the stuff but doesn't work when trying to checkin online. after you enter the name, confirmation no and departure date when you "continue," the next screen is blank and just hangs there. A bug in the app or something not working correctly.

Useful in that you can find out info about the place, but very badly built - buggy navigation and crashes.

😠Attempted to check in online using app, it didn't work. App is useless, wouldn't book activities or spa treatments. Waste of time

How do you know what you've booked? How do you know to scroll down and click 'submit' when you've already clicked 'done'. Painful waste of time.
