It was working fine at first. But out of know where, in the middle of my trip, it signed me out. I tried to sign in (by pressing the get started button) but it just gave me a blue screen and nothing else. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, cleared it's cache as well, but it still didn't work. This has been going on for a week now. The application kinda defeats the purpose of being an "assistance" app when it does this. Overall, I'm disappointed in this app. This bug should be fixed.👎

For a travel assistance app, it provides a lot of useful information but lacks the ability to call them over a data connection (requires you to use regular voice calling, often an international call while you're ROAMING, which will be VERY expensive... when roaming, I (and many of my colleagues) use data-only roaming as the price is so much lower...

More annoying than useful. University requires us to use this thing for study abroad, otherwise I never would. Be prepared to get alerts all day. Sleeping soundly at 3am on the east coast with no travel plans for two months? Whoa! Watch out! There's a traffic jam in Omaha Nebraska! What? You don't want to get notifications every two minutes about places you aren't ever going? No, sorry, no turn off option. Deal with it. 0/999 stars.

Repeatedly asks about my permission settings. The "find a doctor" feature appears to be a mere token. For the U.S., the app only includes information on two cities in the vast western 1/3 of the country. Hopefully, it is useful on a country level or in an emergency, but I would not think to use it prior to a trip & it has never occurred to me to look at the app on any international trip. I hope that it proves useful in an emergency. The app switches on & runs in the background on its own.

Same as everyone else. I'm on a Google Pixel 2 with the latest Android OS. App crashes immediately or very quickly, doesn't work, doesn't recognize my corporate login credentials, doesn't recognize my corporate email domain so I can't re-register, and the country choice drop down menu during registration also just flat out doesn't work. Considering our company of 14,000 staff depend on this app, this is pretty terrible.

Very slow to open the app. It requires data connection to load the app which is not good in emergency situation during travel where internet is not available. It has very good and honest advices and warnings about locations even those that are politically taboo to say like race and religion. Definitely the wisdom of a local resident in a phone app.

Extremely slow app (opening it takes forever, in case of an urgent need for emergency numbers, it would be useless). The process to enter travel details is heavy and not at all user friendly. It would be good to automatically recognise the flight details with the flight number, include an option for connecting flights, not showing train stations when you're adding flight departure/destination...

Very slow to load. Stability issues. Keeps asking again and again if i agree to terms and conditions. High friction when trying to use this app and it grates on me. I must use it for work, I just wish it wasn't such a pain to use. Tried the updated version (Feb 2020) Won't load, just crashes. After clearing all cache and data, won't login. Quality seems to be worse than before.
