Terrible. When you boot up the app, it takes about 30 seconds to a whole minute for it to load, and that is if it even loads at all. There's an 80% success or I guess in this case, a failure rate of it ever opening. It always crashes before the app opens and you also have to sit and wait for it to load as well, before the app crashes. Opening J&T feels like a gamble. Your either be lucky and open the app after a few tries or just waste your time trying.

it'd be cool if you add a widget that shows the progress of our parcel. also the tracking feature, please improve it, I can't save the parcels that I'm tracking, I always have to input the tracking number, so hassle.

Bad app. Not helpful at all except for tracking your parcel, but your system is poor. And your customer service is unresponsive. I tried reaching out thru email, but there was no response. I even sent a message to the delivery rider and got no response.

very poor company, very poor app. there is no live agent to assist you when you're trying to reach them out. no response and all, systems are not updated. parcels are delayed for 2 weeks and more. just a poor services.

The app works for me but I dont get the pick up time option but its still up to the driver to show, like I selected morning ish may around 9am - 11am bcs I have work and I dont like to be disturb :)

Service and Riders here in my loc. are nice. My only concern in using the service is this app.PLEASE FIX THE APP.I could understand when the acc automatically logs out, but idk what's the problem when its literally the app that I couldn't open. When this happens reinstalling the app is the way to do.It automatically goes to my home page.The app is so annoying. Is it some kind of bug or something? Also,please let the user easily copy the tracking number.It'll make my transactions hassle free.

I don't hate the app but I hate the service! I've been waiting for my order for a while and you know what happened? They did not call me but they canceled the order to delivery it!!! Don't trust J&T anymore!!!
