I purchase a pair of Air Max 90 on March the 14th for $235. On March the 17 inquired about shipping infomation. I got a response asking for patience. Minutes later the order was cancelled. I receive a message saying it was because of quality. I reorderd them and it was cancelled minuties later. This time they said I had to reorder again. NOW THE SHOES ARE $500. PLEASE EXPLAIN!

I ordered the Mamba Mentality shirt because they were advertising it for a penny plus the $14.99 shipping fee so I said "Ah, what the heck. Let me support the business" and paid for it. Here I am 2.5 weeks later still waiting on the item to ship and the KicksOnFire team refuses to respond to my emails or text chat on the website to rectify the problem. Will be filing a dispute and uninstalling the app. Do not buy anything from this FRAUDULENT company.

The app itself is good with giving upcoming drops. But I ordered a pair of shoes that dropped, they took payment, and it's been a week and my shoes haven't even shipped yet. Don't have a tracking number yet or anything and the only thing I get in response is be patient. Not satisfied with that at all.

WARNING: Don't give your money to this company, they are never on time and dishonest. I bought a "BRAND NEW"pair of Cardinals retro 7s that arrived a late based upon the order date and was never giving an update, furthermore the shoe was completely used and creased on the toe and the insole wore out and dirty plus no BOX! Which is a big deal especially when paying full price. This app is terrible and they don't take responsibility they blame everything on the third party sender! DON'T BUY HERE!

My experience with the app to say the least is pretty well, ive used it for about the last 7 years or so and it has always kept me up-to-date on upcoming sneaker releases with little to no issues that I can recall which helped me stay updated on just what kicks I have my eye on. I recomend this app to friends all the time so they can stay up-to-date on drops they like and even to talk about past and upcoming drops that are liked between us.

There's no bidding on shoes just pay and wait for the date shown 🤯 they even have a side bar of photos with people wearing the shoes you selected in different styles to give you a better image of what you are purchasing........ Everything is over priced. Shipping date was inaccurate. You can't cancel or exchange even if you package is delayed. Don't expect to hear if your package has even shipped for over a week. Then I find out its coming from China and 80 dollars more expensive than other sites. And it's delayed almosta week from latest arrival day

Man I was scared for a second...so yeah, I pre-ordered the Retro Hare 6's from them...size 7y...and then I read some of the negative reviews! Scared the mess out of me...they came today and the box was perfect, the weight of the shoe was spot on... I went and got my other 6's I had from foot locker (not hare, another colorway...this check was for the characteristics of the shoe) everything matched up....they were the real deal...nothing was off! Now I'm fresh...early! Thanks
