I have traveled Cairo/Madrid. Was my first time on Egyptair, trying to register to frequent flyer application to build an account, unfortunately, it doesn't respond. I have already tried more than twenty times before and after I flew my trip , but it was in vain. Tried to contact the hotline 1717 , unfortunately, they ask about my frequent flyer card no. Which I was already asking for.

Rubbish app with flight status is not working. Therefore, it is not possible to track any flights neither from the app, nor from the egyptair main website. Very strange and disappointing.

My review might not be directed to the App, but to the Airline administration in Cairo, first with 4 hours delay, then another delay in my transit airline, a baggae lost (recovered after a week), and unnecessary questions from the immigration and delays just to avoid their duty to provide accomodations and recompensation for missing flights. Sadly 😔

I will choose the days of travel, enter the information, and proceed to the payment stage. In the end, payment is not accepted. Note that I use a Visa card for more than 4 attempts and it fails. When I go out and try to rebook, I find that the price for returning has increased by 2 thousand euros. Does this make sense for more than two days? The price is as it is and when we book. They do not accept and change the price. I tried again and found the price written at the top, and price go change

More than 2 days now trying to book return flight MCT -CAI and the app is showing me error, but when i try to change the search criteria it's working well. Please have some quality on what you do, people are changing to another airlines because of YOU!!! Such lack of quality and accuracy in what you do costs this country losing a lot. You may think it's a small issue but the losing big source of foreign currency coz of YOU!!!

I have tried repeatedly to update my frequent flyer choice and get nothing but an error message. I have contacted both my other frequent flyer airlines and my information is correct and up to date. This is the first time I have chosen EgyptAir. I have a confirmed ticket (business class) issused more than a month ago, that apparently cannot be found in the app. No one answers the provided contact numbers and my flight leaves in 48 hours!! Not happy with this app, or, at the moment, this airline.

I've used the app a few times for online check-in, all good until last flight. After showing the online boarding pass for three times without any issue (at entrance security, immigration, gate), at the last check when boarding the plane, the app shown "mobile boarding passes are not allowed on this flight" error and I couldn't retrieve the boarding pass anymore. Lucky enough I had a screenshot of the boarding pass from before, otherwise it would be quite embarrassing situation.

Bookings are never saved In contrast to all other airline apps, where the bookings are populated automatically when entering username or email address, bookings has to be entered manually. Even after doing so the booking details disappear as soon as the app is closed. When you reopen the app you have to enter the details again. No information can be saved not even the boarding pass, useless app
