Really concerning that it won't let me upload a photo but instead I have to take one. I find that worrisome and it's a major security risk. Especially for any secure facilities, you have no idea what information might be in that photo or who has access to it on y'all's side. And the fact it's tying function to you TAKING a picture is odd. Without it clearly stating the reason and way it uses that information I will not be uploading anything more than a black screen.

The purpose of this app is to make swiping into your dining hall easier. Unfortunately, it makes things even less convenient. My issues: 1) Often does not load my QR code fast enough, so I had to resort to using a screenshot. 2) It doesn't make sense that you can't use your ID card to swipe in anymore. They both work. Although, that may be specific to my location. 3) It is supposed to tell me how many swipes I have left but the number is always incorrect. 4) The menu never loads.

The app is so buggy I can't even get into it. I must've gone through the sign in/up process eight times by now, once you hit "next" after putting in campus info it crashes. I've uninstalled,, restarted my phone, there's no data or cache to clear because it doesn't stay open long enough. Edit: no permissions are denied, signal is fine, and apparently this has been a pretty consistent issue (among others) since 2020? Come on, yall 😮‍💨

This app is allowing customers to order things that should be off the menu and are listed as off the menu in our POS. Forcing my location to constantly cancel, decline or refund orders because customers are being charged for items that we can't give them because they're out of stock or don't exist.

Everytime I uploaded a picture it crashes the app and makes me re-start all over again. It's getting very annoy and would like to access the app!! It would be very helpful right now😭.

I'm not able to sign up or log in because I can't upload a profile picture. Every time I try to click the profile icon nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling and other things and nothing works.

The menu doesn't work at all on Android. Any time I try to click on it, it just pops up with a black screen.

My school uses this app and company for our meals, and lots of students have been having trouble with the app. It has been very buggy and sometimes won't let students scan in.
