When you apply for health insurance through the NY State of Health (NYSOH) marketplace, you may need to provide supporting documents to complete your application. What they don't tell you when you need to upload a "document" is that you have to take a photo of each page to upload it. Only allows 10 photos per batch, AND you can't select more than 1 photo. So if you have a doc (tax return) over 43 pages, your efforts to have a PDF ready is Fkn mute. Need to take 43 photos, upload multiple batches at a time. Tediously time consuming on a mobile app when a desktop will get it done faster. Make PDFs allowable!

This app is horrible because it takes dark pictures and doesn't want to submit it. The app should allow documents to be downloaded from the mobile or android devices too since it requests access to them. If you have a problem submitting the documents, you will have to play with an automated telephone number to actually receive assistance versus a person who can help you with the situation immediately. I was surprised to get a good person to help me.

I had to use this app to submit documents. It's very user friendly and I submitted my documents with ease (4 photos). When I logged in for the first time, I was locked out of my account. The message says I tried more than 5 times to log in. Not sure why that happened but I waited a few days and was able to log in.

Did not perform its core function. I logged in (irritating that it does not retain the login info) and took photos. After that I clicked "submit" and it failed without detail. I tried it on another phone and this time after photos, the "submit" button never appeared. This "first version" isn't ready. BTW, the "star rating" isn't accurate. It SAYS 3 star but the average of the reviews is 1.72... interesting. Too much time on my hands I see.

Oh my goddess! Is this app has the most unwieldy camera function I have ever used. When I take a photo in manual mode I don't expect the app to crop my photos! The stupid camera keeps chopping the top off the forms. After trial and error and multiple redoing of it even after I had figured it out it still was a chore to use the camera function. As for the automatic camera, I'd still probably be waiting here for it to take its first picture if I tried using it again. Too slow!

It WORKS! I'm sick and it is not easy to submit documents. I just downloaded app, followed instructions, and submitted docs. I even received a confirmation of submission on my email. Easy, peasy! It is space sensitive. Do not leave space after name or email if you want it to work. Thanks, NYSOH! It works, and I'm grateful.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! It was easy enought to upload the documents. After uploading, the app asks if you want to finish or upload more documents, i clicks finsh, and it sends me back to uploading documents. If tpu go into the menu tap and click exit, it sends you to upload documents, and when you finally force the exit bu swiping away the window, you get an email the the document was not uploaded. THIS HAPPENS ON A LOOP.

no information and no help. my insurance was canceled and I tried calling to recertify the agent told me this was the only way I could do that and refused to help me. this app is asking for some AC number I don't have so I can't use it to log in. just great how every system in this country is broken.
