The company I work for switched to this app and it is very disappointing in every aspect. Prior to this app my company used Express Scripts which is not perfect but was 1000 times more functional than MedImpact is.

Despite my checking "remember me", the app does not retain logon credentials. I've cleared cache and storage, installed and reinstalled the app, allowed fingerprint use, etc. But when I exit and close the app, I have to logon all over again the next time. Waste of time.

The app is as horrid as this companies service. Website doesn't work, app only half works, and when you call, you get people who have zero comprehension. The app itself is full of errors when I click to get to items and I am unable to search for pharmacies or any plan information.

This ap does not work!! I constantly try it, take the updates, and it still doesn't work. I have to go to the full website all the time to get anything done. SO FRUSTRATING!!! FIX THIS!!! This app initially displays the blue MedImpact screen but never continues beyond this. Totally useless. I just completed the app update.... Sorry, but still not working and now seems to want to lock up my display screen. A reboot of my phone did not improve things either.

App is as bad as the website. Literally nothing works, so it's like not having insurance. Just pay for the meds and submit the claim by email.

Slow, every time I click on view I'll savings app logs me out and puts me back the login screen. Every time you start the app it says you're login is timed out Even though maybe haven't used that happen days or weeks or months. App doesn't appear to even log itself out properly.

Compared to the website, the app displays either irrelevant or incorrect info. Slow, I can't see any good reason to use rather than the mobile website which has all the functions and correct info. Still has same issues 3/2/23.

I wish there was a way to delete outdated prescriptions from the list. Also, I never can change my password in the app; I have to do that via the website and then enter the app with my new password. Refilling prescriptions is pretty easy though.
