Very poorly written app - requires location permission to determine if the live stream is available, which is fine, but crashes on launch if you have location turned off and won't restart until you force stop it and turn on location services. Also, the volume of ads is ridiculously high. Would be a nice app, but as is, it's practically unusable.

I loved this station for years until I got a new TV. ALl that is supposed to be programmed in there. I had to buy an $89 package with MeTv, antenna tv- the station and 1 other one I couldn't live without. this new TV is pretty complicated to install and comprehend. Had I known that I would have went to Goodwill and got me a decent 2nd hand TV. it was much easier for me. I am not tech savvy. I can barely use my smart phone. if u are slow with technology ur screwed with this new stuff.

Because I can no longer pick up the over the air broadcasts for some reason, I thought I would try the app to live stream Svengoolie. Then half way through the show last night, it stops playing and says I have hit my one hour limit. Plus there was quite a bit of buffering and a third of the screen is covered by the top tool bar. Guess I won't be watching ME TV in any form, which is a shame since I did enjoy it.

Would get 5 stars if you would 1) allow unlimited streaming on your app. If I'm not at home, I'm not able to "watch my local station" and even if I am home, for whatever reason, I still may not be able to watch the program on tv and 2) I travel a lot and sometimes while traveling I want to watch a program of yours (or 2 or 3) and I can't watch live programming on the app. Why?? This is very frustrating. please consider making these changes to your app.

Doesn't seem to do anything at all beyond the METV website. No streaming. It did offer to send me reminders of my favorite shows; I signed up for a few, but got none. Perhaps just as well, because the schedule inexplicably got my time zone wrong. (Though I signed up with the right zip code and location is enabled on my phone.) A pointless app.

I used to watch me TV on the digital public broadcasting in my area would be channel 6. It recently moved to channel 4 and left us all hanging because where I live channel 4 is not available when you scan for your channels on your TV. So I decided to try the MeTV app very disappointed I thought you'd be able to stream or watch live television but you can't only select episodes of select shows. That's my only complaint but I think it's a big enough one.

Great way to listen to music from all eras.the music is great.not bad app at all. the only thing this app is missing is to be able to watch me TV live , so if you're not at home at your TV, you are still able to watch a live TV programs that are airing on the air but on your phone or tablet that would be awesome cuz a lot of people could benefit from it.i know i sure could.

In your first description of your app, you state that we can make comments and post our quiz results with other people and discuss the shows. Updated 4/30/25, since the afternoon of 4/15/25, there is no "safe"area to post our quiz results. You say to post on social media, which is not "safe"; check it out. You will see that all of your loyal posters being harassed by "scammers" wanting to be their "friend". No one wants that; it's unsafe. Please reconsider reinstating your safe comment platform.
