App can't bring up cameras if you have more than 3. App will attempt to show video and then attempt to rollback. The rollback usually fails and you have to close the app manually and restart it. The website works better and has no issue connecting to the cameras but the app fails 90% of the time unless you are connected via wifi to the same network as the cameras.

Don't understand the other comments... this app is easy to use and provides live HD video on my phone. Install and setup practically run by themselves (have to do when you're connected to the same network as the cameras), and a static IP service is no longer required so saving money there. Jan 2019 - app updates have more than kept up with M7's camera improvements. Zero functionality issues since last reviewed... these remain a solid camera package.

This app has always been clunky and has issues after updates. But starting in June, I stopped getting email notifications. I was told it was due to the sender being a gmail email so I have tried a couple different email (AOL and Yahoo) but still nothing. Have notifications turned on the app also but nothing is received that way either. Frustrated and think it is time to move on to a different camera system. Anyone else have this issue?

As of 8/30/24 app stopped working completely, can't sign in. Oddly enough the PC app works but 2 out of 6 cameras do not. Updated the Playstore app didn't help. Still dead in the water. Now I have "fake" Microseven cameras...

update . Tech support directed me to an older version to download and install . Works fine now ... I have to disable auto updates so this doesn't happen again New software update doesn't work . i would like to have access to older versions

App is ok but it is connected to a firmware that is broken. Tech support is only via email, and my issue has not been resolved after a week. I mentioned I'm disappointed and I guess they don't care since I have old cameras. Think twice before you buy from them. Update: This junk app cannot recognize the Camera ID and PIN that their own camera locator provided. I'm throwing the cameras to the thrash. Don't do business if you cannot help your customers 😠

Got alert notifications. But when clicks a notification, it does not show the picture. It used to work for some time.

The recent update Mar 22 2022 still doesn't solve a issue with the camera , it now shows the live video ok but can't move the view it exits out then says no camera Thank you, the Apr 22 2022 fixed the problem
