Useless. It is unbelievable that you don't have basic fixtures like being able to set up a camera preset and modify as many times as you like. That is available on other ups for more than 10 years. Get it sorted very soon.

Playback doesn't work. Since this review I have found out. Dahua has changed server ,my DVR doesn't auto update the software ( although it's only 2 years old ) so my DVR won't talk to the app ,this is the issue with a lot of users ,the fix is several manual updates ,it won't do it in one update or buy a new box !!

App constantly drops (connection failed) even though everything is working. Landscape mode only. Motion notifications don't work and I have to play through the video and watch if I'm looking for something specific (up to 8x speed but seriously it wastes time). I just can't with this anymore. 😩

Very Bad app. I successfully logged into the app, but when I selected live viewing, it asked for a new password. I correctly entered my password, but it says invalid password. How can it be an invalid password when I successfully used the same password to log into the app??

What happened? Instead of a rectangular size, it's now a square size. So annoying.

terrible app. don't waste your time. Dahua has really screwed it's loyal customer base by changing the whole environment. you now need to create an app account and bind a recorder to the app. Missing features such as event Playback, and favorite layouts not working for multiple NVRs. Can share a system, but not limit certain cameras. No way of adding a work and home account at the same time without them being stuck in the same DMSS account. Also, there is zero response from developers.
