I had to unintall, redownload the app, update my log in information. Only to go through the process to find out I can't transfer funds anymore between accounts for Keesler members. This is horrible and they are about to lose members if they do not get it together. Exactly why I hate them and they are no longer my primary bc it's always something with them.

I am usually very happy with Keesler and I understand having hiccups during such an unprecedented time but the other app crashed and I couldn't get in through the website so I called. Then my account was locked so I had to call again. They just got everything back working and now I have to download a new app that is not letting me in with my info and it isnt letting me through on the website either!!! Come on Keesler get it together!!!

This is NOT the banking app, y'all. This is some other app to add to your banking experience. Must register as NEW USER to even use this app. Go back and re-download the same old app. It is working now and you can log in. They finally updated it. Once it's re-downloaded, use your same old information and you'll see the update. YOU'RE WELCOME.

This is a classic example of making a bad situation worse. So I cant access the old app and have to wait 24 hours for approval to access the new app. No...let's not repair the old app and let people update it. Let's just shut the whole thing down and start over with a new app that they cant access. Brilliant!!!!

When it tells you to up date the app and you hit update it doesn't up date automatically is just stupid. This is the banks app, I should have to go to third party to update an app from this bank that I all ready have. Keesler need to catch up with the times.

Terrible. First of all, you shouldn't have to download an entirely new app for an update. Secondly, you should be able to use your old information (as in already registered information that you have with your current bank). Third, why would it take so long to verify your own information. I understand the necessity of security measures to ensure the safety of your finances, but it should not be this difficult and take days to verify. There should be a second option to verify your own identity.

Uninstalled the old version. Made a new password online, installed the new version and can't get in. Not good at all Kessler. We need access to our accounts. You've had online and mobile problems for weeks!

Now I can't get into my accounts at all unless I go online and nothing is the same so I don't know how to check what, etc. Why did anything need to be changed in the first place?! The old app no longer even shows up to download and I tried register under new user (both i read in other reviews) and it keeps saying account already exists. So best believe I'm emptying my accounts paying off my keesler credit card and canceling it asap
