App stopped working. When I click on the app, A white screen with a red rabbit pops up that says "ahhhh! Something went wrong". Tried restarting my phone, checking for updates on the app and my phone, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now when I click on it, the same rabbit screen appears and it doesn't let me sign on. This app is my lifeline cause I take the bus almost daily. Tried emailing company but received no response yet

Major issue where if you purchase via credit or debit card and you are on a slow data connection, the app will charge you for the ticket, but you will never receive the actual bus pass due to the app timing out. 1st time the issue was fixed, 2nd time I got no response to my email about the issue. I don't understand how if my data connection is good enough to stream music, it's not good enough to receive an Authentication handshake confirming a successful payment @ .25mb at the most. Disappointed

It's broken every time I try to do anything it rests and I am logged out. It won't let me log back in and this is how I get bus passes and tickets. I am very disappointed that it just happened. And my wife has the same phone but doesn't have the same problem.

I've been unable to open my app for the last 9 hours. Keep getting the same error of 'Aaaah! Something went wrong!' and it force-closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem. Very frustrating to have money locked up on an app that doesn't work.

The latest update left the app totally unusable in my android phone. PLEASE FIX ASAP. Update: the app was fixed in a speedy fashion and service is now back to being reliable. Thank you for the fast fix!

newest update has made the app even worse. I've had a really hard time loading the qr code and alot fo times have to force close the app and try again. the older version wasn't perfect but did work better

The time is always wrong because it reflects to the schedule rather than the gps on the bus like the app my stop

Worked fine until I had to put my new card in and it's telling me to sign into converge. I never had to in the first place and now I'm screwed
