Was really good. Hardware is easy to use, has a very clear picture. The app has unfortunately 'stopped working', it will not open as it instantly crashes over and over as quickly as you can press on the app. Have tried un-installing it and re-installing then restarting phone but still no joy.

The app worked well with the tool and my pixel 8 one time. Every attempt to use it afterwards resulted in the app shutting down immediately. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checked all the permissions, turned my phone off and on. Nothing works.

Useless device. The otoscope works well but the app keeps crashing. I barely had it for a week before the app started crashing. Basically a waste of money since I cannot look into my ears without the app.

worked fine, but has now stopped working, app crashes when opening it. Please fix edit: updated today (6/11/2024), app connects then crashes again, needs looking at !
