I don't understand why this app hasn't been updated. I've used for close to 3 years and there's almost zero improvements. Doesn't motivate me to use Mulberry's. There should be pricing for everything, more than 2 locations in the Bay Area listed, better ability to make special requests, turn-around times for household items and repairs. In fact, there's an enormous lack of info on ALL the services offered. And, it should be easier to find help when you need it.

There's basic functionality, but app will not be let you select different drop off dates, even if your site has prescheduled days. Also they send out email discounts but don't use codes anymore so there's no need way to use the code, but the email brings you to a website where not all pick up locations are shown. Seems like there's been glitches in the app for a 2 years with no fixes. Handy dry cleaning service though, appreciate the pick up/drop off, wooden hangers, and green cleaning!

By far the best Cleaners I have ever used or seen. They have fixes what I thought world be unfixable. They even resoled 2 pairs of retro Jordan's that I thought were blown out lol. They can fix leather that is old and crusty. They can even clean your shoes all in 2 days from pickup to drop off. I love you guys and my life is so much easier not having to do laundry anymore it's so worth the 200 a month..........!!!!!!!!

Doesn't work. It won't save my cc info no matter what I do. I drove to "secure lockers" for a drop off to discover they also don't lock but no need to worry since I couldn't get a pickup since it wouldn't save any of my credit cards. Also I could only find lockers by typing in the address of one locker I saw on the map, it wouldn't find them when I had my nearby home address entered. So many big flaws!

Overall a terrible app with terrible service. Majority of time I have to use the website instead of this app which seems to break every other usage. Only thing it's good for is push notifications for promotions Also sidenote the cleaner service sucks don't bother

Worst customer care experience I've dealt with. You call there number and there always busy( been at it since 9am...its 241pm now) charge your card when you have credits on file AND cannot deliver on the date that its supposed to be delivered on. Where my stuff at tho?? Update 12.1- I had to call the store to ask where my stuff was at, customer care still hasn't helped me with jack AND to top it off they didn't even clean it, I asked for dry cleaning and they washed my damn clothes. Really guys!

Mulberry's is by far the best dry cleaner around. They have super friendly, quick and convenient service, are mindful of your time, free pick up and delivery, and an easy to use app.

Use to be in by 9 out by 5 , but dropped off on Monday and didn't get my clothes back until Friday. I asked for heavy starch and damn sure did get that. they couldn't find 4 of my garments and messed up zipper on my new jeans.. I have used this location for atleast 7 yrs, but never going back.
