Like other users reported, the app will fail to open if your phone/tablet has disconnected from the Internet since the last use. You have to kiil it and reload it to force reconnection. It's a shame it hasn't been fixed ! Apart from this the rest of the functionnalities work fine. I wish I could edit my scenarios with the moblie app buy they didn't implement this either.

Absolutely a reliable company. The transformer broke and even though I had the home control unit for over a year... They payed for me returning it and replaced the unit... All free of charge!

The old app worked fine. This app is terrible and getting worse. Actually is making me consider ditching myfox and going elsewhere. The system is good but the app needs to work. It has detiorated vastly over the past couple months. 1. Always when you open the app it has problems. Which force a restart of the app. I have had a few false alarms because I couldn't deactivate the alarm with the app quick enough. 2. I often have to resign into the app. User name and password. Making the experience a pain.
